We Don't Ship Anything (And That's the Point)

All Steady Nickel products are digital downloads. PDFs, templates, checklists, and toolkits delivered instantly to your screen. No boxes, no tracking numbers, no waiting by the door.

How Delivery Works

After you complete your purchase, two things happen:

1. Instant download link. You'll see a download button on your order confirmation page immediately after checkout. Click it and your file starts downloading.

2. Email with download link. Within a few minutes, you'll receive an email at the address you used during checkout with a link to download your file. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within 10 minutes.

Having Trouble With Your Download?

It happens. Here are the most common fixes:

  • Check your email spam/promotions folder. Download emails land there more often than you'd think.
  • Try a different browser. Some browser extensions block automatic downloads.
  • Check your storage. Make sure your device has enough space for the file (our PDFs are typically under 25MB).
  • Still stuck? Email us at hello@steadynickel.com with your order number and we'll get your file to you personally.
