Digital Products -14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Steady Nickel products are digital downloads (PDFs, templates, and toolkits). Because they're digital, there's nothing to ship back and we don't want you to.
Here's how it works:
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason or no reason at all, email us within 14 days of your order and we'll refund you in full. You keep the file.
That's the whole policy. No fine print, no "subject to terms and conditions," no "at our discretion."
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to hello@steadynickel.com with your order number or access your account at https://account.steadynickel.com.
- We'll process your refund within 3 business days.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method.
You don't need to explain why. You don't need to prove you didn't like it. If it wasn't the right fit, we'd rather give you your money back than have you feel like you wasted it.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- The 14-day window starts on the date of purchase, not the date you download the file. So if you buy today and don't open it for a week, you still have time.
- You keep the file. We don't revoke your download. We trust you.
- Bundles are refunded as a whole purchase. If you'd like a refund on a bundle, the refund applies to the full bundle price.
- Refunds are issued once per product. If you purchase, refund, and repurchase the same product, the second purchase isn't eligible for another refund.
Returns
Because all of our products are delivered as digital files, there are no physical returns. Once you purchase, the file is yours immediately, there is nothing to send back.
